FlyMyFlyer – Refund Policy

FlyMyFlyer provides custom creative design services for real estate professionals. Because our work is tailored to each order and production often begins shortly after submission, refunds are limited as described below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available only if:

no design work has begun, and
-
no materials have been created or prepared using your content
To request a refund in these limited circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Non-Refundable Orders
FlyMyFlyer does not issue refunds for orders that have been:

processed or placed into production
-
designed or partially designed
-
delivered to the customer in digital or printed form
-
prepared for scheduling or distribution at the client’s instruction
-
canceled because a property went under contract or the listing status changed
Custom design services represent time and creative labor that cannot be recovered once work has begun.

3. Client Review Responsibility

Before submitting an order, please carefully review:

prices
-
dates and times
-
MLS numbers
-
names, phone numbers, and email addresses

photos and links

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information. We are happy to make corrections when notified promptly.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
​
If you are unhappy with a design, please contact us. In many cases we can resolve concerns through:

reasonable text changes
-
minor layout adjustments
-
replacement of photos or links
​
Significant redesign requests outside the original scope may require an additional design fee.
5. No Performance Guarantees
Because results depend on many factors outside our control, FlyMyFlyer does not guarantee:

inquiries
-
leads or sales
-
views or engagement
-
email delivery or open rates

Accordingly, refunds are not provided on the basis of campaign performance, market response, or third-party filtering/spam controls.
